Chappell Curriculum
At Chappell our primary goal is to assist parents with the
development of the TOTAL
CHILD - cognitively, physically, emotionally,
socially and creatively.
Our protocol for development is centralized in a safe, secure
and stimulating environment where nurturing, learning, exploring
and enrichment are integral components of the process. Only
developmentally appropriate materials, equipment and activities are
used to project the concepts and skills of each
age-level.
Our staff includes a Curriculum Director, Quality Director,
Site Directors, Enrichment Specialist, Resource Teachers,
Teachers and Caregivers, whose responsibilities include
coordinating all aspects of the curriculum interfaced with
training.
Our curriculum reflects the developmental approach to teaching
which supports our philosophy that children learn best when they
are actively involved in the learning process. Emphasis is on
simple tasks which motivate children to become successful,
confident and life long learners. Our award-winning curriculum
is enhanced by appropriate Fine Arts, Teddy Bear Teas, "Fine
Dining" and etiquette.
